Administrative tasks are accomplished through a graphic interface, allowing point and click access to data entry subject areas (Modules and Libraries); housekeeping tasks like User Account management, Domain information management, and Mail Accounts management; and website-wide formatting tasks like Homepage setup and Theme customization.
Subject areas are divided into Modules where data entry is guided by forms designed to assure that information citizens expect from their governments will be included.
Information that can be used in more than one Module can be stored in the Libraries and linked from them to the various Modules. This allows a user to make changes to this information in one place but update it in all the places it has been used throughout the website.
